Seedling
Four weeks to establish a gentle daily rhythm. A fair starting point if you are new to structured wellness support.
We run daily wellness support programmes for everyday Kiwis — quiet mornings, mindful breaks, and evening wind-downs that fit around work, whānau, and the school run.
Based in West Auckland, we understand the pace of Kiwi life — early starts, changeable weather, and the value of a fair go. Our programmes are educational and supportive, not clinical.
NZ-owned · Auckland studio · GST-inclusive pricingFull fees published upfront. No hidden costs or locked-in contracts.
We operate under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.
Facilitators trained in supportive coaching — not medical practitioners.
Wellbeing is not a race. We layer gentle habits across your week — movement, nourishment awareness, rest, and connection — without a one-size-fits-all prescription.
Each participant receives a personalised weekly outline that shifts as your needs change. No pressure, no comparison — just steady, compassionate structure.
